I love Palladium books. My books I ordered from them always arrive in great condition and sometimes they're signed and it's just a great company. I know they've made mistakes in the past but that's life and it happens to everyone.

Tried to visit on August 2. No answer on the phone and no notice on the website. No different voicemail indicating they are closed. This was very unfortunate since I was travelling through Detroit and remember RIFTS as a kid, and I’m unlikely to be back around here again.

Mishandled money from their first Kickstarter. During the kickstarter funding period, they kept hyping up the campaign for items that could never be delivered. Promised cash refund if not fulfilled. Lied. Only gave "store merchandise" for credit. Then started two more kickstarters. This company keeps denying refunds even though they are due to their original kickstarter.
