gorgeous place with gorgeous pieces
The store itself is absolutely gorgeous. My family has shopped here for decades. Unfortunately the other reviews are true. The customer service is not good. It’s actually very weird. I had a similar interaction with (what has to be) the same employee in the other review. It’s off putting and rude. I would think a business like this with so many years in business would appreciate their customers and have a fantastic ensemble of employees. Sad! Will have to antique elsewhere.
I visited the main store after the sidewalk sale. While the antique inventory doesn’t change often, it’s always an enjoyable place to browse, and lunch has consistently been good. The reason for this review is not the merchandise, but one of the most bizarre and uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Palladio. Love this place. Antique's to outdoor fountains!
I almost had an out of the world experience. All the prettys so delightful to see and I fell in love with their garden area! Everyone was very nice contrary to one of the Google reviews.
