I have had no issues with Palisades Federal Credit Union. I've worked with Andre and he went above and beyond to help me get my HELOC. There were a few hiccups but Andre was always on top of it and helped me every step of the way. Can't say enough about him and his work ethic. He is a great asset to the team.
Andre was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped me with an issue and it was resolved right away. Should more like him!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I opened an acct with this bank with the hopes that working with a community bank would be a positive experience. After opening my acct I preapplied for an auto loan and the process was terrible. You can not get a hold of anyone in the branch in Nanuet; all their calls go to voice mail or are answered by a call center.
