I just want to praise andre in general he is awsome but especially with my zelle for 2 years no one could figure it out but he got to the bottom of it fixed it for me so palisades credit union lucky to have him
Always friendly, no long lines
Juat wanted to leave a review Elizabeth. She went above and beyond and exceed my expectations. My bank card was having issues on Friday after business hours. And I had to come in the next day, which I wasnt happy about. I explained to Elizabeth the situation and informed me nothing couldn't really be done due the weekend but she did the impossible. She called a few ppl and my card started working later that Saturday evening...thank you soo much Elizabeth for making the impossible possible
I went to Palisades Federal credit union for the first time here in Nanuet New York we were served by a great man named Andre He was very kind and helpful and explained everything very well I highly recommend this bank/credit union they are very nice in Inside the branch as well !!!
