The staff have demonstrated an extraordinary level of compassion and understanding for my brother and his partner since arriving at Palisade Gardens. That their care and wellbeing is a priority is always evident. The Director of Nursing and the PSW’s go out of their way to ensure that all medical requirements are responsibly administered on a daily basis. My Aunt and Uncle lived at Palisade Gardens a few years ago. We were very happy with the care they received. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Palisade Gardens to all my friends and family.
We had a loved one who lived here and the care and compassion from the staff was amazing. The director of care was wonderful to deal with. Would highly recommend!
My elderly father has been living at Palisade Gardens for almost 10 years. It is a nice cozy environmemt walking in the front door. There are lots of activities planned and shuttle bus services ( for those who don't drive like my dad) to go shopping, appts, or just go for a ride around town to see the sights. Due to health issues the last few years he is in need of nursing care for meds, etc. The psw/nursing staff have given him great care and I am thankful for them!
My Husband and I spent a year living at Palisade. I wish I could say it was a positive experience. The supporting staff (Servers,, Reception , Housekeeping and PSW's) at the Palisade Gardens are wonderful. They are the only redeemable asset. The supporting staff go above and beyond their duties – mostly out of necessity. The Palisade is always short staffed on weekends / holidays. The needs of the residents do not change from day to day.
