Their policy of not allowing tenants to purchase a single spare key to their own apartments makes it very difficult for guests or caregivers to visit this building. I've walked a dog twice weekly for the past ten months for a couple living here, and the process of checking in and out with staff each time I arrive and leave, exchanging my driver license for a temp key, has been a major pain in the glass and adds such a significant amount of my personal time to this job that I perform it at a loss. Warning to future residents: DO NOT be fooled by the false luxury of Palisade Apartments. If you’re looking for a place to truly feel at home, this is NOT the right place. Since I arrived, the service and attention from the staff have been absolutely disappointing. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. Just like another resident mentioned, I’ve had the same issue with payment access at these apartments. As an international student, I called at the start of the month to ask about the online payment system since my access was blocked, and they assured me it would be fixed. However, nothing was resolved, and now they’re trying to charge me extra fees because of their own errors. The leasing office of this apartment is a robber. The leasing office blocked my online payment access so I don’t have access to pay my rent. The late fee will be charged on the 4th of each month. I asked them to unlock my access thus I can pay on time on Nov 3, They said they cannot unlock my access cause the manager isn’t available. Until the late fee is charged on 4th.
