Poor customer service. The woman working was very rude and condescending, shooting us looks and speaking to us in a very unfriendly manner with little eye contact.
I needed a table that was 36" wide, contemporary and classy, along with chairs and stools. I found the perfect style, look and size from one of their Italian manufacturers. I ordered mid July and all arrived this week. A long time to wait but absolutely worth it! My salesperson, Antar, regularly communicated with me when the order left Italy and when it got hung up at the Montreal port strike. I really appreciated her level of communication. I wanted to share my experience with this store. I live an hour and a half away, and I specifically wanted to purchase something from this store. I purchased an item for $1400, after finishing the deal, as a customer I have the right to ask a simple question of their return policy. So I asked Fedra Day this question, in case I wanted to return or exchange.
