Very great service! DJ was super professional and gave me better pricing than any other company. I totally recommend Palata if you need to rent a car in San Antonio.
They helped us same day when Hertz messed up, they sent us a new car immediately when there was something wrong with the one we had, no hidden fees charged after the rental period and the price was the best I’ve seen yet I can’t recommend them enough
I rented a vehicle from DJ nice BMW, unfortunately the car had an issue and broke down in another city. Quickly DJ and his team help us out , we were brought back into town and had vehicle exchange with no problems. I wanna thank DJ (Khaled) and the owner for their great service. You guys definitely have my business, and wish you the best of luck in future endeavors.
