Executive Director Crystal Major and Director of Wellness LaRisa lead with such dedication and always keep the focus on their residents' well-being. Their commitment to creating a warm, supportive, and resident centered environment is clear in everything they do. I highly recommend Palagio Senior Living to any family seeking a caring and well managed community.
The front desk lady was very rude. I am private caregiver and the worker told me she can’t let me back because “I’m not in uniform”. She wouldn’t take any of my information to look me up at all. I asked where the restroom was and she refused to tell me. Her name is holly stanton she proceeded to tell me I look “too cavillionlike”
My father moved into Palagio in mid April of this year. The staff are very kind and accommodating, and responded swiftly in reaching out to me as the HPOA when needed. My father reports generally the food is amazing, all three meals. I have found the place to be consistently clean and inviting from the entrance and throughout. There are some inconsistencies with scheduling services at times which is to be expected. Mom is really diving in to the various activities. The staff has all been extremely friendly and they are very good at learning everyone's name!
