My father moved into Palagio in mid April of this year. The staff are very kind and accommodating, and responded swiftly in reaching out to me as the HPOA when needed. My father reports generally the food is amazing, all three meals. I have found the place to be consistently clean and inviting from the entrance and throughout. Mom is really diving in to the various activities. The staff has all been extremely friendly and they are very good at learning everyone's name!
The staff and the residents have been very friendly and courteous since I moved in on June 27. I have been made welcome in the activities have enjoyed getting to know everyone.
Palagio is a very nice place. The rooms are some of the nicest you will find at any assisted living facility. The staff are fantastic. They go out of their way to provide the service that residents request. I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to Elaine for her help in getting mom moved in and settled. The food is excellent as well. The dining room is basically a restaurant where you order from a menu and your meal is prepared just for you. Mom has been very happy there.
Palagio is a lovely building, with a great caring team! Ashley is helpful and knowledgeable during the move in process. Larisa is a fantastic nurse and very involved in the day to day care of the residents.
