Brette was wonderful. I used the online form to describe my house. She sent an email and explanation of why I didn't need to protest my evaluation. Be ware of unsolicited mail and check ratings online. I highly recommend this company!
Updated: Due to an employee leaving about the time I asked for their services, my request was lost in the transition. Today, I talked with Paladin and due to them not protesting, unfortunately my taxes will increase next year. But to settle the situation, Paladin offered to refund me the increased tax minus their service costs which will offset the tax increase. That says something about the company to me. So, I'll stay with them and hopefully get the tax decreased next year. Nothing else can be done now but at least Paladin... read more
