My HP OMNI 220 PC recently failed to start and I took it to Jonathan. He checked the PC and called HP for input. They told him the PC was still under warranty through mid-June (I was surprised it was still under warranty). He arranged for HP to Fed-Ex a shipping box to me, which I received in about 2 days. I sent the unit to HP for repairs and they replaced the mother board...free of charge. The computer was returned to me on June 2 by Fed-Ex. The unit is now working well.
