I had visited the palace jewlery loan and was greeted by a man named Ely whom I will give 5stars he was extremely helpful
The only pawn shop i will ever do buisness with. Ive been conducting buisness with these guys for over 3 years now. every month or every other month i go there to either put something in or take something out and each time ive been treated like im royalty or something. Assistant Manager Sam Alalem is one of the many staff members who always seems to go out of his way to make sure i dont leave the shop with the serious frown i come there with.
