The best company ever. I ordered a wardrobe from another company who buys if from Palace Imports. The first company wanted nothing to do with the problem. I called Palace and immediately knew I had the the right company! Within days they sent a really nice man who fixed the problem. I will only buy wood furniture directly through them.. These are high quality solid wood kitchen pantry cabinets, easy to assemble. Color match between 3 different units is impeccable! Installed the entire length of wall with 3 different unit sizes. I will be ordering a couple more sets soon! Customer service is #1.
The white Kyle 4-door wardrobe armoire we purchased is beautiful. It went together fairly easily, is well made and very sturdy. While we were leery to make such a large purchase online, sight unseen, we have no regrets and couldn't be more pleased! When we reached out to customer service with questions, they were helpful and friendly. A great experience all around!
Delivery amazing
We have purchased three large cabinets from Palace Imports through Bed, Bath & Beyond and they are very high quality cabinets and have so much storage! There were small damage issues with a couple of the doors, but they have amazing customer service and responded quickly to my email communications and sent replacement doors. The cabinets came with detailed instructions and were easy to put together. Really happy with our purchases!
