We went to Pala to see a concert, did not stay in a room. Most employees were courteous and welcoming. The concert was excellent, though a bit loud for the space, and the food was excellent. It's a pretty far drive for us, and the winding roads are treacherous at night. Would definitely go back. Be careful, though, if you have issues with cigarette smoke!
We came July 18 to see Los Lonely boys and this has to be the slowest place in the world. Over 30 minutes to check into the hotel. Food at Luis Reyes sports bar took 1/2 hour just for drinks and another 1/2 to get food. To go to the concert over 45 minutes just to get into the venue. The band had been on for over 30 minutes before we even walked in. I spoke with a staff member and he said that was normal for a concert. I think they might want to get a new normal because at over $500 for such a slow place we will never return... read more

One star less ! I was looking forward to visit on the way back from photo shoot. But no EV chargers I could not find any. The are some old 2 Blink station nowhere to find and showed occupied ! Why can't a resort and casino afford Charging Point station ? At least 10 x and should be free because people will stop at Casino and play ! This area don't have any chargers so I don't think I will visit the Casino again ! Disappointed
