We have been visiting Pala since the early 2000s, before the hotel was built. My review is more for management to bring the property back to what it once was. I hope everyone visits, and experiences it for themselves. With that said, on to my review. We spent two nights in the beautifully furnished room with 2 queen size beds. The swimming pool area was gorgeous. However, check-in is 4:00 PM, but with only 1 person assisting guests at the counter. Not such a good casino. First time there and not even a chanse to win. Barely any beverage service. Very disappointed.
If I'm winning or loosing I still enjoy a glass or two of sculpin beer. But enjoy it more when I win. Winning days I also go to the restaurants which are extremely delicious. They also have many events and live music most of the time. Open 24 hours great place for all the big kids like myself.
