Poor customer service. They are racist and speak to people like trash. They do not even have a proper license to run a physio therapy.
I had a wonderful experience here receiving Physiotherapy and massage. The staff is professional, caring and the atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Nrupal Shah to anyone looking.

I found Pal Physio and Rehab through my insurance because I had an injury at work. They approve WSIB claims and are very experienced with the system. Yogeeta and her staff have been very understanding with my busy work schedule and have always been flexible with booking me in. They also are punctual with meeting deadlines for submitting mandatory forms to WSIB and employers. The ultrasound treatments and eccentric exercises helped treat my tendonitis.
