I have used PakMail for years all through the United States and my experiences have been nice, but my experience with Alex and the Flamingo Rd. Fort Lauderdale, Fl branch was fantastic from the first phone call to delivery. Been using Pak Mail Garland for many years! The mailbox service is awesome! No more having checks stolen from my home mailbox! Packages are accepted and signed for, never leaving them on the porch! Services are quick and convenient. Give your business an address as well!

Overpriced (as I've learned from previous visits) and they don't verify addresses before shipping packages. I asked them to verify a business address (as Fedex and UPS does) but the two employees (literally doing nothing behind the counter) shrugged and looked baffled at the idea of using a computer to verify an address. They blew off my request saying they were incapable of calling the business to verify the address (but I could, they offered). Wow! The lady there is so nice & helpful! Thank u AGAIN for helping me with my return! Also, so sorry about the mean lady and man with the BIG Boxes. You were super helpful and gave them options. Of course you can’t use the same label for 7 boxes. Duh! You put up with so much and ALWAYS keep a smile. Thanks for being here for us!

In the past year we have had reason to ship two expensive pieces of Art. Robert and the rest of the staff have been more than we could have hoped for. One piece went to New York, it was expertly packed and more than efficiently expedited. The more recent experience of an oversized painting required the rental of a special sized panel truck and driving it up to Scottsdale. David Smoot did an excellent job of contacting me and boxing the item from Stantons Auction. Everything came thru very well packed and quickly. I would recommend him to anyone.
