I bought ground veal from Pak Foods. The weight before grinding was 4.08 lbs. When I checked the weight after reaching home, it was only 3.12 lbs. I have experienced this issue multiple times. Many times, I noticed the weight was 1–2 lbs less than the actual weight. On one occasion, I noticed a butcher hiding one of the large pieces while grinding the meat.
