This was a very negative and stressful experience. We booked a taxi to take us to JFK. Five minutes after our scheduled arrival, the drive called to say he would be 20 mins late. When I called dispatching they assured me that they would send a different driver in 5 mins. After waiting an additional 10 mins I called back to find out that our ride had been cancelled and they had no one else to send out. We nearly missed our flight. I will never book them again.
