The day after my online subscription was renewed I wrote and asked for a refund and for them to cancel my subscription. The reply was that they don't issue refunds and they canceled my subscription. I assumed that I would then at least have the subscription for the year that I had just paid for. No, not the case. The subscription was cancelled immediately and when I requested that it be reinstated so I could receive what I had paid for they said it was not possible. It could not be reinstated. Bad customer service.
