I absolutely loved my experience here! Tracy did an amazing job on my nails — she was so dedicated and took her time to make sure she recreated the exact design I asked for. She was incredibly gentle and kind the entire time. I also got a pedicure, and although I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, he was truly a 10/10. I only requested the classic pedicure, but the service felt totally deluxe. This was my first time visiting this salon, and I came solely based on a recommendation. Tina was great! Very nice, very careful with the care of my nails. Ivy was also great! I enjoyed my pedicure with her!
Wouldn’t recommend second time I’ve went to this salon. And I get the worst customer Service. Asked a simple question nicely if we should replace a nail that was basically almost falling off anyways. Her answer was she isn’t doctor.. knowing it has nothing to do with a dr just simply a nail coming off due to needing to be replaced. I’m giving these people one star but truly deserve NONE!!!! LADY THAT TENDED TO MY DAUGHTER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! from moment my daughter went in the lady that tended to her was short abrasive and rude… smh
