An absolutely great experience. Jim was phenomenal. I was looking for a unique piece for the corner of my dining room. I wanted something very specific; white, cottage/ French inspired, with glass, shelves and lighting. I perused tons of sites looking for this specific item and always found items that were too modern for my taste. Then I stumbled on The Painted Cottage. Good grief, just getting a simple response from this business requires a great amount of effort. I've inquired about a piece I liked for months and it's been complete silence on their end after only getting 1 message back. Do you want to operate a business or not? I'm glad I didn't waste my money, seeing how majority of their reviews aren't great.
THE WORST!!! WE BOUGHT A PAINTING IN NOVEMBER 2024 AND NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! KEPT MY $300. REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!! I WOULD RATE THEM A -5!!!!!!
I first saw them on facebook and I tried to reach out but I didn’t get a response but i figured I’d go check them out and I wasn’t disappointed!! I got a beautiful dresser from them. It’s only Jim and his coworker but they were amazing! They delivered my dresser and was very careful about it. Thank you!
