I took my team here for a retirement celebration day. LeighAnne and Angel were so sweet and walked us through our options, color choices, pros and cons so we all had what we wanted and needed. We havent picked up our pieces yet but already know they will be beautiful, unique and perfect - just like my team!

It was fun coming in to paint and our family had a good time. When we came to pick up, it was a different story. We walked in and told the owner we were there to pick up. There was a lot people there and the owner was there by herself. She was taking care of a customer so we were patient and waited 10-15 mins while he picked out his paint. I guess I will say the 1 star is for the employees who are helpful. Leanne does not have good customer service, she never really has. Even at her other location which we supported. I came up to pick up items that were ready. They were closed, but there were multiple people inside. Leanne was right by the front door when I came up and she just shouted at me through the window saying she was closed. I told her I just needed to pick up some items that were ready. We had the best time painting pottery here. It had been a while since we’d painted, and none of us consider ourselves to be artists. Leigh Anne was so helpful. She took her time to help us pick all the right colors. We were able to pick up our pieces after just a few days. We love how they turned out. Can’t wait to come back.

I had a frustrating experience with this company, mainly due to last-minute communication and a lack of understanding of the situation from a customer perspective. This could have been avoided with advance notice which I learned they had after learning the full details I was notified very late about an issue related to water quality, which ultimately impacted their ability and or desire to open. The problem is, I don’t live in Kannapolis, so I’m not familiar with any local water restrictions or issues. That context matters,... read more
