We moved from Bristol to Southampton and Painless Removals did a really great job. They worked very hard and were careful with our belongings. The moving team were polite, respectful and eager to help. They wouldn't leave until we were happy that our furniture had been reassembled and put in the right place. We were very happy with the move.

I have used Painless Removals before and had a smooth experience, which is why I trusted them again for my move in June 2025. Unfortunately, this time could not have been more different. During the move, my Eight Sleep Pod was damaged. The company admitted in writing that the damage occurred in their care and said they had submitted the matter to their insurers. From initial quotation, to dealing with our move date being delayed and the actual move of our stuff the team was absolutely fantastic! All very friendly and respectful of our belongings. Highly recommend this company for your move!
