Moving house is very stressful, but these guys honestly made it so much easier. A special shout out to Mike, who really went above and beyond to sort us out, and his amazing team. We had a long distance move from Bristol to Yorkshire and went for the full service including packing and furniture dis/re-assembly. This company are amazing! I can’t recommend them highly enough. The differences between Painless Removals and others I have previously used (including a big national firm also beginning with P) are huge and very welcome. Fantastic service! The guys were great with moving our stuff, especially when things didn't go to plan on moving day due to an issue with our exchange/completion. Pete and the team were very understanding and helped us out with storage of our items until the issue resolved a day later (something I know any other company would not have so understanding or helpful!) All the guys are very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them!
Jay and the team were professional and straight-forward throughout. They were very reasonable and communicative in the face of our late exchange given how stressful it can be confirming movers when involved in a long chain! Careful and friendly team who got on with the job very efficiently on the moving day. Thanks to all!
