Whenever I need new faucets I get a hold of Megan, she is absolutely the best. She double checks to make sure she sends the right parts. She is very prompt and so nice. I've been dealing with her for over 5 years and it's been a pleasure.

Paini US has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The fixtures are beautiful compared to most other high end brands. But more importantly, they really stand behind their products. I have needed some replacement parts over the last few years due to normal use and some self-inflicted damage, and they have been great at providing parts.
