Having lower back issues for over a year I contacted Pain Solutions recommended to me by my primary doctor Janet Berger at SMH. I met with Tara at their office and after reviewing my MRI she suggested a Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injection in my L4 and L5 joint. I opted for monitored sedation as I was apprehensive of the procedure. I have been going there for about two years now. With my mystery medical condition they have actually been the only place to listen to me and not dismiss me. After going through different meds that didn’t work my other insurance giving issues about not approving meds. They always helped me and made sure I felt like I was going crazy. Love the environment when I go there. They also get me in for emergency appointments quickly.
I have never felt unsafe in a doctors office, I did with these folks. This seems to be a very low budget operation, procedure tables that do not lower etc. I'm a senior with mobility challenges. They had me climb up two stairs to get on a stationary table. The climb down under anestesia was absurd. Then rushed into a tiny bathroom cluttered with bins etc. to change. I'll never go back there and I definitely don't recommend them.
I'm a senior on Medicare and was referred to Pain Solutions by my PCP for back pain. I had 2 visits with this place to discuss possible treatments for my back pain and in the 2nd visit it became very clear that they cared more about how they were going to get paid by my insurance company than helping me solve my pain problem. They didn't even bother to talk to my insurance company about the procedure so I was left "in-the-middle" trying to sort it out myself. Pain Solutions did not return my last few calls.
