Extremely filthy n dirty. And everyone is soo rude. They have never changed the sheets. The beds are lined up next to each other. Nobody understands English except the receptionist who is only concerned with taking tips. The masseuse do their own thing regardless of what you try to explain even through google translate. A big no! You get what you pay for.
Best massage of my life and I live for massages. The stretch alone is worth the cost of the massage. This place is called pain relief center for a reason! They are very deep tissue but the pay off is amazing. If I lived close, this would be a weekly place!
This was not just a bad experience — it was physically damaging. The massage therapist had no proper training or knowledge of safe techniques. Their movements were rough, painful, and completely off from any professional standard. I asked multiple times for a gentler touch, but was ignored, and now I am dealing with a real injury caused by their actions. This is unacceptable. I went there twice already. I dont expect any relaxing ambiance. I love the massage over there !! Nancy is amazing. She gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I would recommend if you dont look for a nice place just to have the job done. She is really good and its super cheap!!
I appreciate their service, but they literally argue and choose to be stubborn for the tip. A lady there was literally stamping her foot in anger and babbling in her language because we gave her tip as $5. I am sorry, but the tip is the customer's choice. You can not force anyone.I hope the owner will see to this matter. Most of them have complained about tips, so please look into this matter.
