I’ve been seeing James once a month after he helped me with a trapped nerve in my shoulder, and lower back. I’ve continued these sessions because I’ve noticed how much it helps with my shoulders overall. I’m a hairdresser, so shoulder and neck strain is a constant part of my job — and these sessions have made a huge difference in my comfort, movement and strength. Highly recommend him — especially if your job is physical or repetitive like mine.

The monthly treatment package has been invaluable for managing my fibromyalgia. It has hugely reduced my overall pain level and limited the flare-ups I experience. I would recommend James to anyone experiencing chronic pain.

Been suffering with a trapped nerve for over a year it was seriously affecting my quality of life. I didn’t have much hope until starting my sessions with James his knowledge and advice with aftercare (stretches) is amazing. After just a few monthly sessions I felt instant ease and relief in my affected area now roughly 6 months later I feel back to my old self.
