Useless! As a family from out of state and referred by a friend, we wanted to support this business and work with these people to get our taxes filed for 2023. Our designated tax associate, Leah, did not bother returning our calls after she falsely told us that we would owe the IRS and informed us that we would be charged $100 to file with her.
