terrible chairs. I have no idea why that changed the quality. they hurt my back and squeaked like crazy. the person who assisted my refund wasn't any nicer. I'm lucky I got a refund. don't bother, the ergonomics are terrible. these chairs aren't what they used to be.
Bought a Pago Radar II in4 years ago for my home office. It is serving me well with no issues at all. Glad I supported an Aussie manufacturer making durable and quality product.
I've bought 2 chairs from Officeworks from this brand and always had issues. Both were relating to the gas. I love the idea of supporting an Aussie business but if the quality doesn't meet expectations I'd want to share this feedback. I ended up going elsewhere and forking out a lot more for a chair I've never had issues with. I regrettably will not recommend this brand to friends and family for these reasons.
Being larger in stature we tried two different chairs and they both failed dismally within the warranty periods - both to do with the hydraulics or compression in the height adjustment. So we then went to Officeworks and bought a Pago chair which was a bit dearer and we have now had that for over three years without any problems. The Gas lift was starting to fail on my chair, contacted support within 2 hours (Mostly because of me getting the information). I was informed that a new gas lift will be sent to me. Exceptional service and customer care
