Have had the chair a number of years and have always found it very comfortable with good support in the right places. Unfortunately the lift mechanism began to fail. Contacted customer support and a replacement mechanism was provided under the 15 year warranty. Easy process and great experience

I purchased the Pago AirForm Synchro Ergonomic Chair in Forest Green. It’s a fantastic chair, that’s very comfy! Easy to put together and I really like the adjustable arm rests! The colour is a nice cool green, very refreshing. After I finished putting it together my cat gave her approval too! Definitely recommend!!

This chair is by far one of the best investments I've made in the last few months! Not to mention how gorgeous the white colour is, it matches my room perfectly. I was torn between this chair and the AirForm, but luckily I made the right choice. It has so many adjustable features, and it fits my height (1.53 m) perfectly. I bought the Pago Matrix II plus high back Ergonomic Chair recently for the home office as its looks very similar to the one I use at work. However, after sitting in it for hours at home, I can tell this is so much better as it supports my lower lumbar spinal injury that I have. Easily adjustable too, which is fantastic as my wife is 5' 4" and I'm 6' 1". Every use needs a slight readjustment due to our heights but nothing difficult.
