I purchased a Pago Office chair in late 2023 and one of the arm rests had started to loosen. I asked Pago about it and within 5 days I had a new armrest posted out to me. Great service!
We purchased two Pago chairs for our home office in 2017. The gas lifts have started to give way. I contacted support and they quickly shipped me replacements. Good to see their commitment to customer support and warranty services.
I had no issues with the chair to start with, super comfortable and very supprtive. Then the gas lift died. I contacted support, who were very quick to respond and send out a replacement part. They sent a video on how to replace the gas lift, however following their instructions didn't work, and caused damage to the under chair housing unit. terrible chairs. I have no idea why that changed the quality. they hurt my back and squeaked like crazy. the person who assisted my refund wasn't any nicer. I'm lucky I got a refund. don't bother, the ergonomics are terrible. these chairs aren't what they used to be.
Bought a Pago Radar II in4 years ago for my home office. It is serving me well with no issues at all. Glad I supported an Aussie manufacturer making durable and quality product.
