Chair has alot of use, stands up well and with a slight change in the gas lift I contacted Pago, a replacement lift came straight away by courier. Chair back to 100% very happy with the excellent service.

I bought Pago AirForm Synchro Ergonomic Chair for my home office and it is really comfortable. It was easy to assemble, it has adjustable high and seat depth. I don’t need an additional back support pillow, the backrest provides good support. The wheels are smooth. Overall a really good chair for a reasonable price.

I've never experienced such good, friendly service Bought my chair nearly 4 years ago. Forgot registering the warranty. A fortnight ago I contacted Pago when my chair wouldn't stay up. Was advised that it was in need of a replacement gas cylinder. They straight away said that they would register the warranty and send me a replacement . It arrived a few days later (I live in Coffs Harbour) with easy to follow fitting instructions. There was no charge. All through the episode the staff were unbelievably helpful.

I bought this chair to replace an 7 or 8 year older model. I'm super happy with the way it was easy to put together, I've been using it for about 5 months now and zero issues. I am a heavier and lazier person who spends much of my work day and some hours at night in this chair. It's holding up really well. I also love the supportive/ventilated back.
