Took my mother's car in for a simple job. Due to short cuts taken on the job I had to go to a Ford dealer to get a safety critical issue rectified to the cost of £600. More than half the cost of the original job. Both Sandylands Stockbridge and parent company have dodged responsibly and refuse to answer complaints made. Avoid. Re below response: I have, and they just ignore my messeages/emails.
