I would give negative stars, but you MUST give one to write a review: this place has no concept of customer service- the young "lady" behind the counter (about 28) was rude and dismissive, and talked over me (I am 66yrs old and not used to being spoken to in this way by someone three or four decades, my junior) I simply wanted to pay a bill, which I have done before at this location. I really didn't want to give it one star but that was my only option. I went here today to cash 2 very valid checks and had to wait for the young lady to get in touch with her boss after sending him a picture of the checks so he could verify. I was asked" why did I want to cash it so far from my location" and I said "because I was in this area" ! Once in contact with him he told her he couldn't verify. I have never heard of walking into a pls check cashing with valid ID and not being able to cash valid checks. Why take pictu... read more
