Ordered boots over 4 months ago, never shipped, never received and they refuse to refund. They say they have lots of angry customers about these boots and decided not to refund anyone, so it would not be fair for them to refund us. Are you kidding me?!?! They said once they do ship and we receive them (no idea when they will ship though, could be years at this point) then we can return them for a store credit. Very bad business… very unresponsive, I highly discourage giving them any business.
