The owner and staff are so nice. I went there looking for a cleat screw that was missing from my shoe and must have gotten loose and fell out. He had the correct screw, installed it and wouldn't take any money. That is great customer service that I am sure extends to any service they perform.
Swapped from drop bars to flat bars on my gravel bike and Kenny put new brake levers and a new shifter on them for me. I had the bike back in one day and everything is working perfectly. One of the most reliable bike shops around!
Owner was Rude and Condescending when his employee told us to come in for the issue. Suddenly they dont fix the problem and no female works there. Who answered the phone then. What a joke.
The absolute best place to bring your bike for service or to buy a new one. The staff is so knowledgeable, so helpful, and so honest. Can’t say enough about this special small business. We are lucky to have them in our community!
