I am writing this review after a long and emotionally exhausting custody battle that ended in extreme disappointment due to Mr. Padilla. Despite initially placing my trust in him and paying an exorbitant amount in legal fees, I discovered after my case was closed that he failed to file an active parenting plan with the court, which is a fundamental and necessary component in any custody case. I have been a client of Padilla & Padilla for a while now. I cannot speak highly enough about Joaquin and his practice. He represented me with a complicated action surrounding the enforcement of a martial agreement and revising parenting time in one case.
