I have thought about on way home from getting my mother-in-law‘s riding lawnmower back what to say or not to say without anger. I’ve known Larry for years and years and have always respected him, but some things you just don’t say to someone as a business man. The lawnmower yes is 20 years old, yes it needs work, and I took it in to have a drive belt put on and a new tire. As I drop it off yesterday he tells me it’s a piece of junk. They were rude and would not try to help you out if they did not have something that you needed or help you look somewhere else
If giving no stars was an option I would. What type of buisness owner threatens with a lawyer over someone using freedom of speech? How about approaching your customers with respect? Maybe kindly offering to help the customer find what they are looking for... I would seriously consider other options before contacting a business with such rude and unnecessary responses.
