I used to work with Tommy Thompson annually in Redmond and then was handed off to Steve Martinez and team. Really poor experience overall — bad communication, last minute rush around taxes, had to call and call to get anything done. I’d stay away. These people are more likely to be turned into the Better Business Bureau than complete your taxes on time. Could have done them myself with less stress.

Tommy and Padgett have been by far the best accounting firm we have used (this is our 5th different firm). Always answers questions super quick and will take the time to explain different options that are available. Also unlike other firms, you don't get passed around to newly hired accountants, Tommy is the guy and will take care of you.
