Worked with this office for several years until they moved to a newer, bigger office and got high and mighty. The preparer I always worked with would no longer take my calls like I was a pest. He even lied and sent me an email stating I "historically" would not talk to anyone else in their office. Really? I never saw anyone else in their office, only a secretary. Very unprofessional and I was shocked with his email comment. Took my business elsewhere.
