I was a customer using Chris Darmody for years. He was working on me 2023 taxes and kept pushing the deadline so much that it is now 2025. I am late on 23/24 because he kept telling me he would get to me and then never did. My last few emails after he told me we would wrap up 23 are now being completely ignored. He won’t answer emails or phone calls and now I will need to fully start over with someone else, and pay all of these late fees for no reason. Do not trust this agency or him.
