If this is the same company that's in Dewitt iowa. All i can say is the one in Dewitt suck. Took my taxes in to get done this year was told on phone cost was $110.00. Was called to go sign them after they was done. Was told it was $210.00 .not 110.00. So I went to get the money out of my debt card. By the time I got there. Was told it was $240.00. I took my paper work after a few choice words and getting them done for $90.00. Now. They lied to me 3 times. I will never use them again.
Pagets recently terminated my husband's contract with them. He is a realtor , and used their service for the last 2 years. With no reason given, they just sent a letter stating "termination." He called several times to get an explanation with no reply. The owner finally responded and told him that they were too busy and had to terminate clients. A very unprofessional way to conduct business. No recommendation here!
