This placed changed ownership in the last 2-3 years. Can't speak from prior but Alex now has been great. Use him regularly for servicing and can do the big jobs too, replaced the full group set on my 2019 YT Jeffsy no issues. Highly recommended.

Great service even when not buying anything! Called up on the off chance they stocked a product I was after, didn't answer but called straight back. Unsurprisingly, didn't have product in, but suggested alternative places and on discussion of need, alternative products. Couldn't ask for a more helpful local shop. Have purchased items previously and had bikes serviced here recently which was also great service, keeping us informed of progress and cost. Great stuff!
Called Alex short notice to have some modifications done on my son's bike, moved his commitments to fit me in.....great service at a very reasonable price. Will be using them going forward.
I went to buy a new bike. Alex greeted me and understood my requirements, found a fantastic bike. Alex put it all together and it’s fantastic. Great and personal service. You don’t get that with the big chains. Highly recommended.
