@Joanne Devost: I had a similar experience. I bought 2 tckets as a gift for my son and his partner in July 2025, when he went to book the cruise in August the website was down, and nobody answered the phones. I am also interested in a class action lawsuit.
We can relate to the disappointment and lack of response and courtesy to customers some of you have mentioned. We booked a Christmas work event last year costing $2,450.00 and when we reached out day before the cruise to confirm the details we were told that it was cancelled. We had staff from out of town and had to quickly scramble last minute to find a venue to celebrate Christmas dinner together. We were told we could use the credit at a later date. Last year, around this time (October), I booked a cruise for the October Fest dinner. I was really looking forward to experiencing the ride on Fraser river and enjoy the dinner with the family. A few days before the ride, got an email from the company that the ride will be cancelled due to worsening weather conditions, which was true - the storm was coming.
