The E bikes we rented and went trail riding on was very cool! If you have never ridden one I highly recommend it. When renting one pls be advised that the seats are very hard, never use the front break, and bring your own heat mirror to keep track of your people behind you! The bikes preformed as promised the service was superb, I highly recommend this business. Just picked up a bike on Sunday and couldn’t be happier!!! Service was incredible & the owner is just one cool guy!!! Thanks Patrick much appreciated!
Very poor service. Owner is rude and talks down to customers. He was arguing with another customer when I walked in. I should have taken the clue that it wasn't a good day for him. But I stayed and it was not pleasant. I waited a few weeks to write this, as I don't want to be recognized and targeted. It's not a good idea to be on this guy's bad list.
Local resident customer- Went into the store for the first time & purchased some sandals for my daughter they were priced with no sales sticker on the tag saying on sale, turns out brown isn’t her favorite color so I wanted to return them or exchange them 3 days later for credit in the store. Both of which aren’t possible and that is listed on the receipt which was requested via text and not looked at before swiping my card right.. receipts are generated after a sale is final..all around bad experience from a local business ... read more
