Friendly knowledgeable staff
The front desk girl 'Sylvie' was awesome! She switched out a bag I had trouble fitting the snake in - no questions asked. That's legit. I've spent about 4k with them, a thousand today, and that's largely in part to her excellent customer service, somehow this place always have me walking out feeling like I got a steal of a deal... I guess we both win!!! Haha. Give the girl a raise.
Great products and amazing customer service! We got kayaks and accessories, and PN has been very accommodating to any issues that have come up! Every staff member I've dealt with at the store has been fun to talk to and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
