Shout to to Liv at Paddle North! I was curious to see if they could fix a non-Paddle North SUP. Fortunately for me, it was so busted that I had to buy a new one and I had a great experience learning from Liv. She is clearly passionate about the brand. I was able to get the State Fair discount and a trade in discount, leaving the store SO happy. I was out on the water a few hours later. Proud to rep a MN company on the lakes.

5 plus stars for Paddle North Customer Service!! First off, I've had the Portager 11'6" inflatable SUP for 3 years. It's been an amazing board. I did have an issue recently and I have to say Paddle North handled it perfectly. My call to Customer Service was picked up immediately by an actual person, no endless prompts. The rep was super courteous, told me exactly what documentation she needed from me, responded immediately to all emails, and handled the problem promptly. I cannot say enough kind words about Paddle North, especially their customer service! The look and feel of their inflatable SUPS (I originally ordered the 10' Portager) are unmatched, but ended up taking advantage of their 30 day exchange/return policy. After asking questions and chatting with a member of their team, I opted to exchange for a longer inflatable SUP (11'6" Portager).
