I just had the BEST customer service experience ever from Paddle North. They’ve earned a customer for life! Love their product and their service.
First time in the store and I couldn’t have been more impressed with how nice the workers were and the friendly atmosphere.

I once had a boss who told me that “It’s impossible to always GET it right, our job is to always MAKE it right.” Well — hats off to Paddle North for going above and beyond. We bought the Karve kayak and are disappointed in how long they lasted given the cost ($1400.00). I gave 3 stars for the amount of years they lasted. To the credit of the company, we bought 2 and one of them deflated out of the gate which they replaced immediately for free. However, now just over 3 years (outside of the warranty period) neither will hold air to actually use. The seams on top and bottom start hissing the minute you try to blow them up.
