Wow! Ash is, without a doubt, the best massage therapist I have ever seen. He clearly has an in depth knowledge of the body and its interconnectedness. He was professional, the massage was incredibly effective, and he went above and beyond by teaching me some stretches to do in between massages to promote flexibility and prevent injury in the problem areas. I will be recommending Ash to everyone I know.
Ash was amazing- I haven general tightness and he was able to identify causes and issues and help assist in our one session. I wish he lived in Melbourne!
Ash is by far the best around. Not only did I walk away with instant relief of my discomfort that had been present for months, he takes the time to educate you about what is the cause, and provides stretches and exercises for you to complete at home. As someone with an underlying autoimmune condition who is sensitive to touch, Ash also adapted his approach to my pain tolerance, which I am appreciative of.
