Used to be a good firm but have gone downhill. They filed our business tax return with the claim that we had purchased a $40,000 automobile, which was totally fictitious. Then they took depreciation on it! We have to completely refile our tax returns, pay extra taxes and penalties and Padden Cooper lift a finger. They won't correct the filing they made, won't pay the tax penalty. Absolutely dreadful client service. Don't ever expect them to make amends for their mistakes.
