With our mortgage coming to an end and the BoE increasing interest rates, PAD Financial managed to arrange a new mortgage months in advance and prevented our mortgage rate increasing significantly.
Paul did a good job for me on the remortgage of my flat in London. It was a slightly complicated mortgage because the flat was in a large block with shops, and I didn't want any upfront fees. Paul quickly found me a couple of good options and helped me when I had a few problems with the online legal arrangements.
