This is the first one star review I've ever written in my life. Truly miserable experience. I know the wood is beautiful and trust me, you'll be tempted to buy. But don't. Find another supplier. I was originally told my order (which is $10 per sq. ft. by the way) would be ready in 6-8 weeks. It has been 12 weeks and the wood still isn't here. I've spent the last 5 weeks trying to get an update from the office and was repeatedly told by sales rep Stephanie she would look into it, only to have to remind them again. Getting hon... read more
