Pactiv facilitates a culture of harassment and discrimination on many levels. The HR department at individual plants is vastly inept at protecting employee rights. It's such an uphill battle to expose these things and is far easier to jump ship and move onto something better than to wait it out. What a shame that in this day in age that such a big company operates this way. I believe there are plenty of good people that work here, but the bad outweighs the good.
