Best car rental in Hamilton, trust worthy, clean cars, amazing service.
I found Ali to be very accommodating. He picked me up and dropped me off the following day. This is a independent rental business and not a corporate owned. Which the personal attention is evident. Ali is a very nice individual. I will be renting there again and highly recommend Pact Auto Rental for anyone needing a vehicle in the Hamilton area.
What a wonderful business to deal with. Ali helped me out. Took care of me really well. Came and dropped the car for me even though I live quite far away. Definitely recommend and will go back in the future. These are the kind of businesses that should flourish. Service, transparency & quality 10/10.
I had an accident a while back. I had never been in one before and needed a lot of advice. These guy were extremely helpful. Curtis was my tow truck driver and was very helpful.
