Awesome place! Everyone who works here is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They have really nice merchandise as well. Alex and Josef are really knowledgeable mechanics and I feel good taking my bike here! Luke manages the retail side and is really helpful. They also have social rides from the shop which I wanna try eventually!
Today, Alex went above and beyond. He generously helped lift my son’s bicycle in and out of my car. Not only that, but repaired my loose wheel, and taught me the simple fix how to fix it in the future. He spoke to me as an equal, despite my lack of knowledge about bicycles and my physical handicap. This has not been the case in other shops and I am most grateful.
Pacos’ employees are fantastic. They’re knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I love the shop and their products are amazing!
Super helpful staff. Got me a part I needed free of charge and gave solid recommendations about local riding. Looked like they had a great selection of brands and gear. Definitely will go back.
What an amazing shop! Such a great addition to the town of Mill Valley. The owner Russ is a true gentleman. My guy is Luc and I don’t see how anybody could be more knowledgeable about their lineup of mountain and road bikes. Gen 4 Turbo Levo for me!
