PACO’S IS AN EXCEPTIONAL SHOP THAT TRULY EARNS YOUR LOYALTY. I’ve brought in two older bikes with complex parts failures, and their team handled it flawlessly. The second issue was major: failed front bearings on my mountain bike that required a complete replacement of the front triangle. Knowing it was a massive job, they went out of their way to coordinate directly with the manufacturer, kept me informed at every step of the process, and delivered great work at a very reasonable price. Thank you Pacos - you literally saved the day! And this wasn’t the first time. All the staff has been so helpful both times I’ve desperately needed help getting my bike back on the road, and other shops have declined. The mechanics are beyond competent and reassuring. I think they can probably fix anything. It’s also just a really nice store with great selection. Next bike I buy will be from here.
