Online order: Specialized S-Works Frameset. Shipped fast. Arrived well packed. I was able to speak with someone before purchasing, and they able to answer some questions for me before I bought the frame. Great customer service from both Pacos Truckee and Pacos Sac.
Shawn greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and immediately offered his assistance. After I explained the issue with my bike, he carefully examined it and was able to fix the problem on the spot. I had expected to leave the bike for repair, but instead, I was back out the door in just 15 minutes! Shawn was both professional and friendly, and I truly appreciate his excellent service.
I recently purchased a Globe Haul ST from Pacos. I called in the morning and told them I would be stopping by later that day to purchase the Haul ST and they started preparing it without any type of payment over the phone. When I got there the bike was ready to go and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bicycle shop in the Sacramento area.
