Sacramento is blessed with a bunch of great bike shop options. Paco’s staff are the best part, but the beers on tap are a nice bonus. This is the shop for you if you aren’t trying to bargain shop and just want to buy quality stuff at quality stuff prices.
Bought street bike second hand, flat front, seat set too high. Requested new peddles and front tube, a general service to make ride worthy and provide me with base line reg condition. Told service would be about week out. Was messaged this morning Wednesday reg bike ready for pickup. So excluding past weekend turn around was 72 hours. WOW. The bill was under my expectation, WOW, new pedals, front tire tube, seat adjustment, and what ever was involved with the brakes and gear adjustment, oil and grease that. Great shop, great staff! Would return percent... The crew took on my road bike that was badly in need of TLC not just same day but... right away! Mechanic was informative, skilled and friendly... While I waited for a quick tune up.., I was shown some of the fantastic vintage bikes on display. Another staffer took the time to look over some local routes that I'd planned to ride. A gem of a store! Thanks guys. !
Y’all are the best! I was in the market for a bike and tried out a couple at Paco’s and also brought a used bike in for an assessment. The staff were nothing but awesome esp Sean and David. They also built a bike quickly so I could check it on the day I was in town. While I didn’t end up getting a bike at Paco’s, I will bring them my business for gear and maintenance. Thank you all so much for helping me out!!
